What is your subscription service?

Investmos™ offers three subscription tiers—monthly plan, annual plan, and a free subscription to our email list.  Monthly plan and annual plan subscribers enjoy unlimited access to our subscriber portal, called Investport™.  Investport™ contains the holdings for all of our model investment portfolios, plus market data.

What are the Investmos™ subscription plans?

We have two paid plans and one free plan that is available for purchase online:

• Monthly Plan: unlimited access to all of our model investment portfolios, as well as our curated content and market commentary for $49 a month.
• Annual Plan: unlimited access to all of our model investment portfolios, as well as our curated content and market commentary for $299 the first year ($470.40 thereafter, no obligation).
• Email Newsletter Plan: free access to our weekly email newsletter, called Fintelligence Weekly™.

Do you have an app?

No, we do not currently have an app for Investport™, our online subscriber portal.  If you need to access Investport™ on-the-go, simply log into the subscriber portal via your mobile web browser.

 

 

 

What form of payments do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit/debit cards, but do not accept third-party services such as PayPal and Apple Pay.

I just subscribed but I am unable to get full site access.  What’s happening?

After you entered your email address and password during the purchasing process, you should have received an email with the subject line, “Please complete your online registration with Investmos™” Clicking the link in the email activates your account. If you can’t find the email or the link isn’t working, please contact our Customer Care team.

How does your billing work?

(a) If you have the Monthly Plan, your subscription will renew automatically every month.  If you have the Annual Plan, your subscription will renew automatically every year.  You may cancel the Annual Plan at any time.  You can cancel the Monthly Plan at any time after the first three months.

(b) The card you have on file will be billed monthly on the same day of the month of your initial purchase (or the next closest day) if you have the Monthly Plan.  The card you have on file will be billed annually on the same day and in the same month of your initial purchase (or the next closest day) if you have the Annual Plan.

Why do I have to wait three months before I can cancel the Monthly Plan?

Although we offer monthly subscriptions for the convenience of our subscribers, they present a tricky situation for Investmos™. That’s because, even though some of our model investment portfolios change frequently throughout the year, others remain static throughout the whole calendar year. Theoretically, a person could subscribe one month and cancel the next, but they could have access to and be able to benefit from, in any given month, the holdings of some portfolios for the whole calendar year.

We understand our Cancellation and Refund Policy for monthly subscriptions will not make everyone happy, but we tried to the best of our ability to strike the right balance between protecting the hard work that goes into crafting our model investment portfolios and giving subscribers flexibility in severing their business relationship with Investmos™.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription in your online account.  Cancellations are effective the following billing cycle.  You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle. You will continue to have the same access and benefits of your subscription for the remainder of the current billing period.

How can I change my subscription plan?

At the moment, we’re not able to offer plan changes online.  Please make a plan change request by contacting our Customer Care team. You cannot change from one plan to another until the end of your current billing period and, with the Monthly Subscription, you must have been in the plan for at least three months before switching over to the annual subscription. When you change your subscription from the Monthly Plan to the Annual Plan, you will receive a pro-rated credit towards your new subscription (up until month 9; no credits offered in months 10, 11, or 12). The credit is applied to the second-year and beyond annual subscription price ($470.40), not the first-year, one-time introductory annual subscription price ($299.00).

Do you have an academic or military discount?

No, we do not currently offer discounts for students and educators, or military personnel.

Do you have B2B subscriptions or group discounts?

What makes Investmos™ different from other financial publications?

Our offerings are not gimmicky.  We do not offer “stock picks” or hop on the bandwagon of the latest popular investment simply because it is well-known.  Instead, we offer twelve model investment portfolios that are serious about their mandates to outperform their respective benchmarks.  Each portfolio is focused on a particular area of the market to allow for customization or zoomed-in exposure to corners of the investment landscape.

Why would someone need an Investmos™ subscription?

Subscribers may purchase a subscription for a number of different reasons.  Some choose to do so because they are seeking fresh ideas in investment selection, or are unsure how to allocate investments within their portfolio.  Others choose an Investmos™ subscription because they don’t have the time or desire to construct their own portfolios, or simply value the perspective of a financial publication who can test the validity or likely success of their own ideas.

How much do I need for an Investmos™ model investment portfolio?

There is no minimum investment required for an Investmos™ model investment portfolio.  In fact, since Investmos™ is a financial media and publishing company, and not a broker-dealer or registered investment adviser, there is no investment required at all.  Subscribers can simply follow our model investment portfolios without ever committing investment capital.  Since our model investment portfolios display portfolio holdings in percentage and not dollar terms, the portfolios could be applied to virtually any dollar amount (assuming there is enough money available to purchase at least one share of each portfolio holding).

What’s the difference between an investment publisher and an investment adviser?

Investment publishers provide educational information that is the same for all readers, and do not provide investment advice that is tailored to individual circumstances of each investor.  Investment advisers customize their solutions to their clients based off of their clients’ financial goals, time horizon, and risk tolerance.

What types of investments does Investmos™ hold for subscribers?

We do not hold any investments for subscribers.  The types of investments contained in our model investment portfolios are typically exchange-traded funds (ETFs) or individual stocks.
